Nice hotel but service was not good

Services/responses were not good. During my stay, due to massive rains, the electronic supplies were stopped and hot water/shower couldn't be used. The resort is especially for Yoga and detox so hot shower was needed. The hotel people didn't know about the power lost when it's happened.
My room umbrella were taken by someone when I put them in front of my room so I asked to bring but they never brought so I had to go to the reception.

nice if you do detox
The staff are very nice here and they do their best to accommodate the guests. That was a very nice feature of staying here. This is not a place to stay if you want to relax in the room or on the balc... อ่านต่อ

The hotel Is very nice but not everything Is organic, for example the soya milk. The staff Is not so friendly.

Beautiful view from the balcony
great service and beautiful location. yoga class was very high standard and the massages in the spa were good. the food at the restaurant (raw food menu) was fantastic. amazing!
