Nice room, shame about the service

Stayed for 4 nights in this hotel, the jacuzzi and steam room are excellent. However with more than 20 times of travelling to Thailand and staying in different hotels/resorts I have to say this one give the WORST service ever. What a shame. Breakfast was limiting unlike what your would get from other hotels/resorts in Thailand. The front desk man/ receptionist was AWFULLY RUDE. I would actually use the word 'disgusting'. Definitely won't be back again. We didn't get the warm Thai welcome from this hotel, it really is a shame as it sells as a 'wellness' hotel but in reality it got our holiday to a very bad start. Glad we are now in another hotel with TOP service in the end!
In theory this is a day spa centre so we had very high expectations with its spa treatment but it was just okay, would actully say it's below par. We paid for 2 hours treatment but only got 1 1/2 hours, I really don't know why?

Poor trained staffs, nobody knows anything. No power for hours.
I arrived at 8 pm first time stay and the hotel told me that they will have no power from 7-11 am next morning. They said most guests already knew about this. When call room service, nobody answere... อ่านต่อ

Looks better in person and such an amazing place with great staff
Loved the staff, such a quite an amazing place with so many things to do at the resort. And the staff were very nice and very clean facility

Staff were lovely and very helpful. The rooms are really big and clean.
Pros - loved the outdoor infinity pool Cons - not really near a town, need to get taxis if you want to go anywhere.

Great stay.
I liked the room design. It is absolutely not usual. Staff was very helpful. Great value also.
