Poor service

Hotel facilities are good as well as the room but very poor service. Tried to call 3 times to get bottle opener and end up Reception shouting at you over the phone. Charge 50 thb for ice In a 5 star hotel also charge thb 2000 for key card if you lost it. Feel like they are Trying to get your money from here and there without advance notice. Good value but be careful with their staff
