Staff was confused wt the hotel policy but great for snorkeling

This place is good for people who love snorkeling as there are nice coral and lots of fish in the sea in front of the resort. However, the location is far from everything and if you dont mind eating hotel food (high price) every meal, then it is ok. The hotel has a policy that kids of 12 or younger eat free but the staff seemed to be confused with the policy even it is written quite clearly on the introduction card for guests. The staff came up with their own limitation or restriction of the policy and when pointed put to the information on the card, she acted rudely. This is why I can only give 3 stars for the service.
