Welcoming from the moment you arrive on resort, rooms were cleaned daily the staff was fantastic never had an unfriendly staff member, my kids spent the whole day in pool and we're treated great by all staff, the menu needs upgrading and it was a bit slow at cooling but staff overall was fantastic even the locals were welcoming my husband went fishing with them and they can take you to thebest places. I highly recommend this hotel for a getaway.
