Amazing resort hotel on koh phi phi

Overall we had an amazing stay here. It is more than we would normally pay but was definitely worth it. You're a long way from the tourist village and it is expensive together a boat to go there. There are some great beaches and snorkeling around the hotel though and much less people. Despite what the lonely planet says, the small sea gypsy village next door is a cruelly a plus as it provides a cheaper place to eat and drink and hire boats great meals sitting right on the beach.
In general the service was very good.
The only negative aspect was the arrial and departure. We found the hotel extremely unhelpful in helping to organize this and given its rather remote location should have provided a free pick up service - this was very disappointing for this standard of hotel.
Overall an excellent stay - treat yourself for a couple of days.

Amazing setting
