We all chillin at the Holiday Iiiiiiiiiiin

Great place to stay and beats being in the rat race that is Tonsai! You have CLEAN beautiful beaches that are virtually empty and free of hordes of people. The staff are friendly and accommodating, the rooms are good quality and value for money and the prices for private long tail boats is pretty cheap. Around the 1000 Baht mark.
Take a speed boat to Loh Sama Bay which backs onto Maya Bay. It is by far the nicer of the two and is protected from the elements. Maya Bay is good for a quick look/ photo but not worth spending a day there walking over hordes of tourists.
Overall the Holiday Inn is a quality place and we will recommend it to all. Good for couples or families. If you want to party, you can hire a private long tail boat to take you to Tonsai and bring you back around 2am.
