nice beach but far from everything

we stayed for 3 nights at phi phi natural resort. the facilities are only ok, honestly i felt like we should have gotten more for what we paid, even for ko phi phi. the rooms are pretty simple, though they try to make them look nice. there is mosquito nets on the beds and they have plenty of electricity and are generous in the amenities. oh, and the pool is pretty nice with an awesome view. what i was really put off on was the location is really far from everything. budget yourself 1 day to get there and 1 day to get back so our 3 night stay turned into more like 2 days. i'd only reccommend staying here if you are going to be here for at least 1 week, otherwise the ferry trips from the mainland to ko phi phi then to the other side of the island will just eat into your vacation time like it did ours.
