We booked through Agoda and it both looked and sounded like it was a great place. When we came we found out that we had a room about a 10-15 minute walk from the pool ( with our son longer ). We tried to change it and since they were not fully booked at all it could have work. I said that it is their responsibility to give the correct info to the agents. They just continued to say that it was the agents fault. They had a shuttle service to the room but not at night and nobody answered in the morning. One time they said, we will be there in 20 minutes. If they had given us a room at the swimming pool they would not have had to pick us up. When we checked out they claimed that we had taken stuff in the minibar which we had not touched. I lost it slightly. Had enough of bullshit. This could all have been avoided by having a manager solve the problem or at least have a manager try to solve it but nobody came out to talk to us. This place needs help in the service department. A
