bad service

I had booked a private bungalow room, unfortunately I was very disappointed with it, the water did not come down in the shower, it was a terrible moss when we entered the room. There was a single socket in the whole room to charge a telephone, which was also in an uncomfortable place. I went to the reception desk and instead of giving me a better room, they gave me a change trunk that costs less than the bungalow I ordered. The difference between the rooms was 600 bat. I booked for 5 nights, so the difference is 3000 bat. Also in the changed room I got water not created from the top of the shower and can not control the water heat, every half a minute have water or cold or boiling, can not shower !!!! . They replaced the shower head. But they did not fix the water until the day of departure !!!!!. The hotel's location is superb right on the beach and in the center of Chaweng Beach.
