Good recovery

When a staff made my baggage drop and scratch from a cart after checking out, a manager sincerely recovered his mistake with some good service and gave us upgrade to another room. Every staff is also very nice and friendly all the time. I'll definitely stay this hotel when I come back to Koh Samui next time.

Perfect tranquility
