2 weeks in heaven

The staff here are incredible. We had a few issues with our room, and the staff was more than accommodating. When our AC stopped working for the second time, we were upgraded into a new room within an hour. The breakfast buffet is fantastic, from Asian food to the all American breakfast. I wish I got one of the employees name, but I call him cap (always wearing a baseball cap). This kid was awesome. Friendly and helpful, always had a smile to welcome me. We're not going back to Phuket for a while, gonna explore the northern part of the country next, but if we were, we'd definitely stay here again

Good stay, WiFi no good, a bit aging
Overall I did enjoy my stay at this resort. The biggest complaint I have is the lack of internet despite the multitude of wide open WiFi connections. Ironically thats likely the issue... its wide open... อ่านต่อ

Friendly and helpful staff, value for money
They have good helpful staff who were very warm n friendly. The distance from resort to beach is far, have to walk 10 mts downhill. Walking down is fine, but uphill is treacherous! Spa is not great, v... อ่านต่อ
