Our booked de luxe bedroom had totally blocked view and smelled of sewage

ALthough the room itself looked comfy enough, there was a huge wall just in front of the window and a strong smell of sewage. It was a basement room, and really unsuitable for a sea holiday. When we asked for a room change, the reception lady said they didn't have anything else, but they offered a room in their sister hotel, on a hill further away from the sea, called Peach Blossom. After being shown a first room with a huge electricity pole in front of the window, we eventually accepted a room with a flat roof and jungle view. Clean, no smell and generally nice, but a huge slope to climb to the hotel. The hotel had small shuttles to help climb and go down to the bottom. Also shuttle to the beach. No sea view from anywhere, and a mountain feel. 3 pools, but not very big, and a lot of stairs to move around, which was difficult as one family member had a broken leg. All in all ok, but very disappointed we could not stay in our first intended Andaman Cannacia hotel because of the awful smell and no view room.

Good views but there are better hotels

Lovely grounds and view. Bad wifi--hard to do work.

Would not recommend

The hotel location is good. Although you have to walk uphill to the hotel i didn't mind it being a physically active person. I like the view above from the hotel its priceless. I also like the comfort... อ่านต่อ
