Very different to what the property markets itself...in low season there are NIL activities...the site is very misleading. The swim up bar is a reading zone and the coffee cart is not open every day. At arrival, you are given a bad room then have to pay for a better room....I did get an upgrade after my friend had to pay an extra 2000Baht/night on top of what was already paid just to get a bath and seaview. Can improve on their reception skill and hospitality and should have someone whi can understand & speak English. Many resort guests mentioned the same experience. Resort spa is terrible..and very expensive- not a resort spa..does not look like the photos and limited! The massage is better in the village. The food in restaurant is excellent and staff very friendly. Gardens nice.

AMAZING STAFF AND SERVICE, GREAT HOTEL, PERFECT VACATION!
They have staff that would go out of their way to accommodate and service guests. The hotel itself is amazing. The room is exquisitely beautiful! It was a perfect Phuket vacation.
