Five star price, three star cleanliness

The environment and facilities are good. Staff are friendly.
Breakfast is quite good. Lots of fruit and juices options.
However, the cleanliness is so so as many insects inside room.
Mosquito and gecko are common inside room. However, bees,
beetle and cockroach is found inside room. May be I have a high
expectation on this hotel and compare to other hotel the price are
higher than other hotel, so i felt a bit disappointed.

If you have early check in and late check out, it may not guarantee.
As I arrived at hotel 20 mins before their check in time, they ask us to wait until the check in time, very standardise service but not humanely.
