Great resort, great service

We had a wonderful time even before reaching the resort. We were welcomed at the airport and transferred by a BMW 730. Staffs at the resort were waiting for our arrival and we were immediately attended to with the check-in and were given a very informative briefing of the resort. The villa is very spacious and very well kept. It has a nice garden with a private jacuzzi and outdoor shower. The unfortunate thing is that it has lots of mosquitoes. The breakfast buffet has a fantastic spread, more like a lunch than a breakfast. Staffs are very courteous and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to a Banyan Tree Resort.

Nice and comfort
A staff told me that there is a free shuttle bus travelling to convenience/supermarket nearly. Later on I would it to take it, another staff told me there isn't. This is confusing.

Best birthday getaway!
If you really want to enjoy your stay I suggest you book the double pool room - amazing views and totally worth it.
