suggestion: if you are with babies, book smaller/ regular room
I was there 3 years ago with my hubby befor we have a baby when we were couple
Back then, we stayed in a signature pool villa and it was fantastic
remembering those times, this time I am there with my family including our beloved baby in a lagoon pool villa
since there's no safe place for baby in lagoon pool villa, I couldn't use much of the facility and even outside the pool villa, the kids and main pool is not quite of good quality unlike the name of the resort suggest
It was changed from 3 years ago and the resort cleaness was not satisfactory since there are many other newly built modern resort crowded and the banyan is not that crowded as before
Nevertherless, breakfast was fantastic
and the region is very nice and quiet (laguna)
I recommend if you wish to stay in Banyan phuket and you are a family traveler with a small baby under age of 5, book a regular-sized room
In terms of staff kindness, it was the best
