Fantastic Customer Service

My friend had cosmetic surgey in Phuket and i had severe Gastro (for 5 days which ended in a hospital stay). Management were aware both of us were sick and checked on us regularly. Management provided additional towels, tea, milk, toast, drinking water etc to ensure we were comfortable. We did not expect to be looked after this well. Management went above and beyond their duties and their efforts were very much appreciated.
