staff are no all friendly, located at the heels

we was stay there for 4 nights with my wife and daughter, location is can say nice for the view but no comfortable to get out of the place cause is high heels. No internet all days I was complained and they just keep on answer - sorry the IT guy did`t fixed it yet.. The staff no really friendly or I can say that they have a really no patience for guest and some of they even rough to other guest what I saw and observed.. will no back there anymore...
