Hotel decor / Facilities / Staff communication

When we check-in around 12+ noon was greeted by one of the Japanese staff ( Chisato ) she handle procedure with professionally but only one thing’s communication problem ( whatever you ask ) I believe all of the staff were lack of communication. Management pls look onto it .. The room we request for higher floor but available room was in second floor ( Diamond suite ) . The room’s old balinas style and bedding’s abit hard & some mold smell on bed sheet/ pillows. Some stain on high chair and sofa cushions. I hope the one can solve by using sofa cover or cushions cover . Housekeeping & Room service were very attentive.. The water pool bar staff ( Paifon ) team very friendly and like the kid very much. But need more smile .. Breakfast were not much choice , during the stay for 4 nights 5 days but if your satisfied with your own appetite.. Over all experience is average and would recommend to friends & family .

the second time and the fabulous stay

Beautiful rooms, nice service, on a hill with a nice view
We loved our vacation at the Diamond Cliff resort. The kids enjoyed the big pool with the slide. The room was spacious with a very nice bathroom. Enough space for everyone. The garden is beautiful too... อ่านต่อ
