Hospitality are the best

Pros: Friendly and best hospitality from all the staffs. Room (sea view) is big and clean. Room amenities are great. Bed and pillow are comfy. 10mins walk to patong beach and 15-20mins walk to bangla street. Security is good. Resorts located next to the beach.
Cons: Resorts located at a steep slope. Room deco or theme not that attractive (wood) for room 1102. Every location within the resorts are located high above the main lobby (too many stairs) Not suitable for disable body. Breakfast spread is below average with good quality food.
Overall resorts is fantastic. Love the hospitality from all the staffs.

Excellent 4 days stay

Beautiful Hotel and Facilities

Beautiful hotel, great service
Beautiful place to stay, we stay for 3 nights at Dimond cliff resort and spa, everything ware great, great staff, great service, can’t fault anything. Highly recommend
