Location is right in the centre of Patong, everything in Patong is within walking distance. Hotel rooms are spacious and clean with very comfortable beds. Staff very friendly and helpful. Convenience store on site, plus multiple restaurants and a very generous breakfast buffet were all fantastic. Rooms have balconies for smokers, also a plus. Pools were large and temperature controlled. The only downside over the 8 days my partner and I stayed was that the air conditioner rattled a little bit which wasn’t ideal, may have just required some general maintenance, but still very functional. I wish the pools were open past 7pm, but essentially flawless otherwise.
