Absolutely perfect for families

This is really a great place for families with kids. The family rooms and kids suites are awesome. Rooms are of great quality and very comfortable. Really great that the kids club opens 3 times a week in the evening to keep the kids while the parents can enjoy a night out (althoug it would be good if it could be open until 10pm rather than 9pm). Good location in Patong with an entrance on each of the main roads, so very convenient.

Things that could improve:
- ladies at the kids club are nice but they do not care much about the kids. They often seem busy with paper work at their desk. No big greetings to the kids, as is usually the case in these kids clubs.
- would be good if the swimming pool could open until 8 or 9pm. 7pm is really early for closure.
- only 2 elevators in the main lobby, so they are slow to come. It would help a lot to guide people staying on the second floor to the 'emergency' stairs or build some stairs from the garden to the second floor.
