Great location...close to Patong

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Got upgraded to oceanview room and the view was spectacular!! The room was clean and comfortable but our 'neighbours' were a bit rowdy in the morning.
I was a bit disappointed with the festive decor or lack there of...I was hoping to see a huge Christmas tree in the lobby.
Improvement and expansion to wifi reception in areas surrounding the lobby would be nice. Free in-room wifi with SPG card would be even better.

amazon facilities for children and great kids room.
beach is safe and private. I only wish they had a better selection of local food for breakfast
