excellent choice

All in all it is a great place for a holiday. The hotel doesn't have a private beach but naturally it is a sole bay that noone can get into. Two things you need to remember: 1. all ocean view room are on high floor. there are totally 6 floors and it takes ages to get to your room, so we downgraded ourselves to a pool view room, to some of there it's a walking access. 2. you do need to have a mean of transportation when you are at this hotel. Ideally if you can drive a motorbike. Otherwise it feels a bit isolated. Taxis are expensive. Just to get out to the nearest Patong beach would cost you 300-400 Baht one way. While having a motorbike costs 300 Baht per day. 3. There is no shuttle bus to the airport.

Comfortable, good service, lovely resort and beach
