not quite perfect but nice

fantastic location and friendly, genuine staff make this hotel worth a visit. but, rooms are already starting to show their age and food and beverage service not quite what you'd expect from a euro-brand 5* hotel (tho staff are so nice so it's hard to fault them). we had problems with food service and with incorrect charges being put on our bill. both were remedied as quickly as possible by helpful staff.
