Truly Outsanding
My wife and I stayed for two nights at this wonderful hotel, and can confirm that the compliments by others that feature on the website more than rang true in every way for us as well - perhaps more so. The Front of House Staff are the best I have ever encountered and the service they provide under the leadership of Theo Laborey is truly outstanding. During our second day and final morning, I suffered a brief medical problem (having been discharged from hospital prior to our stay) which was dealt with professionally, sensitively and skillfully. I cannot thank Theo Laborey and his staff enough for this, and the way they made sure that we received a personal service so that we did not miss our breakfast (the food provided direct to our room was delicious), and that we were safely on our way home to the North East of Thailand.
C'est superbe! We shall most definitely stay there again, and we recommend the hotel for its many good points and faultless service. Our thanks to all staff!
