Clean, luxurious rooms; service-oriented staf

the staff made an effort to speed up my accommodation as i arrived a few hours before check-in time. the hotel looks and smells new, the rooms and bathrooms are large and luxurious, though with limited toilet amenities (no razor; toothbrush). in-room facilities (wi-fi, flat screen, key card) are modern. i wasn't impressed with the lobby, however. i found it pretty dark & gloomy. the hotel is between two stops of the bts or sky train so it is very accessible. it is also close to several shopping malls, especially the new terminal 21. overall, i had a pleasant stay.

The location is amazing and the rooms are spacious and well equipped. It was a business trip for 3 nights to Bangkok and it has been of the most convenient hotels I have been there.
