Excellent but with a few hiccups

Overall it was alright with english speaking staff who can understand us perfectly and the room is quite comfortable. The only thing that can be improved is that the room services like requesting items, it took about 2 phone calls to make them understand what we need. We booked 3 rooms, one of the room does not has the speaker for the iPhone as the other 2 rooms has it, and my friends who are couple is quite upset with it. It would be better if we were to given discount since we stay for 4 days 3 night with 3 rooms.
