Top class hotel and great value

My second, or is it thrid stay at Sofitel. Yet again, the staff exceeded my expectations. On the first morning I discovered a leak in my AC unit which couldn't be repaied easily. The staff immediately moved me to another room and very kindly upgraded me to a suite. I'll not stay anywhere else in Bangkok. All the staff always smiling, kind and very helpful and the facilities are amazing as is its location on Sukhumvit.
