Great staff but a few problems

The staff here are excellent and helped us a lot. Also we loved the room, it was nice, clean and well soundproofed.
The problems were more with the other guests. I'll be frank, it's a Russian hotel now, they said 90% of guests were Russians there. We didn't feel very comfortable outside of our room and rarely went to the pool because of it.
Also the photos on agoda aren't accurate of the facilities.
The staff and cleaning staff were great though and we would go back for them.

Nice stay
