Lacking in hospitality and maintenance

Rooms were in need of basic repairs. We were moved and our second room had maintenance issue also. Leaking bathroom, poor tilling, broken a/c. Otherwise rooms would have been lovely, just in need of repairs and tlc. For the most part staff weren’t helpful, in fact pretty rude to female especially. Management were excellent and helpful. Tried hard to fix our concerns but staff weren’t updating management and this made it difficult for them to sort out our issues. Pool was great, close to sea, one great nearby restaurant. Definitely would not stay there again.

Friendly staff and good location.
Very nice and value for money. Staff were very friendly, and good location not too far from busy area, and quiet enough for our sleep. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay felt very welcome from day 1.
Nice hotel very friendly staff. The beach is a bit of a walk but you are practically in the hills with this hotel. Just a 2 minute taxi ride to patong and bangla road if you like to party. Good hotel ... อ่านต่อ

Good hotel
