If I was to visit Phuket again, I would certainly stay at the Patong Merlin again. Plenty of pool choices, breakfast was just excellent, room was quiet and comfortable thou the aircon was noisy and our bed was a little tired.
Everything is within easy walking distance. Enjoyed happy hour with other friendly guests and staff.

Good Value for Money

Excellent hotel & location, lots of parking, but single men should clarify regime.
