Great Hotel but customer service needed

this is my second stay at the patong merlin, i do love this hotel and it’s location. we were in the new wing this time the rooms are very comfortable and the beds in these rooms would have to be the best i have slept in while away, very comfortable. but the staff on the reception would have to be the rudest i have ever encounted at any hotel i have stayed at, they were last time to but worse this time, very disappointing really.

Beautiful hotel, fantastic staff
My partner and i stayed here in January 2011 and wish we could have stayed longer. Fantastic location, right on the beach and walking distance to the main road with all of the restaurants and bars etc... อ่านต่อ

Good location and spacious rooms.
The hotel has a range of facilities including restaurants, coffee shops, tailors and hairdressers all on-site. The pools are excellent and the rooms are large and clean. Overall a good place to stay... อ่านต่อ

Lovely Hotel, Great Location, Top service.

Great location but bathroom was a little small
