Great location old hotel without free WiFi in room

The hotel was at a great location, in the middle of patong where all restaurants, shopping, night club around. Room was quite old, garden wing is without lift. We were given 2nd floor very far end on the 1st night. Told them my mum was not able to walk and climb stairs, was given a change of room on the 2nd -3rd night. The room has access to the garden and straight to the pool area, which is as superb, I enjoy pool very much for the stay. Pool and poolside bar were very good. Breakfast need improvement with more variety, with that price I expect more. There is no free WiFi in room and any other area, only coffee house is with free WiFi. On the day we check in, there Is one female staff who was quite rude and unfriendly, and unhelpful, she was very impatient when we ask few questions. But other staff were ok, very attentive and helpful.

Very disaapointi.g, they collect 2000 baht deposit upon arrival. Room is so old and untidy. No room wifi, u have to go. Lobby to acess.wifi. wifi connection is to bad.
