Highly Professional Hotel - Great Value

I have stayed with my family (myself, hubby, 4 year old and 6 month old) in Sareeraya for 10 days.

The suites with jacuzzi are very lovely, lots of space. Baby cot was provided and my 4 year old was using the room sofa. The room had all the necessary facilities to make you feel comfortable. There is strong rainshower and a bathtub. Lots of place to store your things - closet, drawers.

The stuff is highly professional with good english and great attitute. Every issue was solved promptly without hesitation.

The infinity pool is fantastic. It may seem rather small in the pictures, but it is quite large and is enough even for a good exercise swim. The sunbeds inside the infinity pool are the best! They are so comfortable and the location of the chairs is perfect. You have the infinity view, the pool bar is right there and there is a constant sound of waterfall. And let's not forget the gorgeous palm trees. Amazing experience.

Breakfast buffet is nice with the omlette counter where they make all kind of other things like waffles (with icecream), pancakes with banana french toasts etc. Everything is very tasty.

You can request regular coffee or ask for capucino or latte free of charge.

Being with two kids, expecially with 6 month old, I felt very welcomed and the stuff always smiled and tried to help as much as possible.

We used the babysitting services once for the total of 4 hours. The babysitter name is Ann and she was very lovely. Took a good care of the kids :)

The hotel lacks night entertainment. I wish they had a bit more of music, live band and maybe even a bit of dancing. On the other hand, the location of the hotel cannot be better. You are right in the heart of the main street. 2 minutes walk and you have all the entertainment possible - restaurants, laundry 40 baht per 1 kg, bars and disco clubs. Whatever your heart desires.
