Exceptional customer service

Beautiful hotel - located a little away from the center but still walkable (around 10 mins). Staff were all friendly - from the guard to the cook, especially the General Manager (Ai Leen) who makes the effort to remember guests and talk to them. (Thank you so much for the birthday cake and letter!) Room was clean - granted it's not a new hotel and could use a little refurbishment but it's part of the resort feel!

Beautiful beach

I Love it here!
