nice location and lovely beach!

we generally realy enjoyed our stay here, (so much that we went elsewhere but returned.) there was only one sore spot. we reserved a private jacuzzi room through agoda, but when we checked in the refused to give us this room. they said it was the same price as the 'shared' jacuzzi room, but in agoda these are not priced the same and the private jacuzzi rm is more expensive, and it is specifically what we chose. we had to insist on speaking to the gm in bangkok and she was not very polite on the phone, but ultimately moved us to the rm we reserved at 5 pm. the check-in staff was also not polite. i cut myself on sharp rocks at their beach so best to get beach shoes for swimming from the dive shops.
