Good view and location but a bit noisy room and terrible staff

A hotel with nice view and location, but service needs to be improved.
The main building (3 floors) just nearby the road so we heard cars and motors all night long, not loud but a bit noisy.
During check-out conversation, another customer (from a big group) interrupted us, and the nice staff came to serve the big client and put us aside. We were ignored. After long waiting but nobody cared we had to leave for a while. An hour later we came back to complete the check-out, the staff could explain why our treatment was bad and promised their manager would come to explain. We kept waiting again until the deadline to catch up the flight, but the manager didn't show up.
The staff promised that the manager will give us a call, but apparently we never receive any call from Sareeraya Villas since then.

Wonderful place to stay

Generally Good
