Lovely hotel on the surface, mediocre service

I had a poor first impression with the place due to the slamming of doors by the bell boy when a tip was not given. Being on the top of the hill, journey to and fro the hotel is a hassle, and not an idea to look forward to when I had a long and tiring trip out snorkeling and adventure. That being said, the room is neat and spacious, and rest is guaranteed when I hit the beds. Bed quality is too soft for my liking, and my wife and friends complained of back pain after sleep. Complimentary breakfast was ok and I look forward to the bacon every morning. Overall, it's value for money, but I would rather pay more for a better location and service. No free wifi and way too expensive massage were big minus points.
