the villa is in the greens, just a few steps to the lobby and breakfast, you can experience a enjoyable time in the greens

there is shuttle service to the Kata beach but it is indeed 10 mins walk from the hotel, not as crowded as Patong

safe for tsunami cause locate on the hill
