lovely hotel!

Really liked this hotel, got a free upgrade on our rooms. Lovely big bed, 3 pillows wide, big bathroom, with bath and huge shower room. We didn't have hot water so after a couple of hours were moved to a new room of equal standard. Must say a special thanks to Awi who remained professional and helpful throughout this inconvenience, she even gave us a late checkout on the day we were leaving which we really appreciated.
The main negative about this hotel was breakfast, although the selection of the food was very good, there is a wasp problem, they are crawling all over the jams and maple syrup. The butter is kept in ice to keep the wasps away, which means you cannot spread it on your toast, I saw several guests swatting wasps and having to leave breakfast due to wasps attacking their food! Also this hotel is up a hill so beware anyone who finds steep hills a problem. All in all it is a lovely hotel and we really enjoyed the stay barring the wasps!

Great Location near Kata Beach

Nice hotel, great location and lovely rooms
