Hectic and confusing
Initially I want to cancel the booking and did send several emails and make phone calls to both agoda and hotel to cancel my booking. Unfortunately I couldn't do it with full refund so agoda rejected my request bcos the hotel won't allow (they said they allowed but they never replied any single emails that I sent to hotel) so I called to hotel to inform my arrival on the check in date but the hotel cancelled my booking!!! I asked why but they kept saying that it was cancelled from agoda side bcos my credit card issue?!? I told them my card is already charged and you cannot cancelled my booking!! I need to send them email to proof my booking is still confirmed and asked them to reply with agoda cancellation email. Of course is was not exist and they still made funny stories that they weren't sure how to deal with the payments with agoda and it was not their faults... I asked for non smoking but I got the smoking room which we needed to ask for housekeeping to get rid of the smell for us.. They came very quick and thanks for this.. I had dinner at the restaurant and I must said that they staffs are very nice especially the big guy who served us.. He was very attentive and caring.. The breakfast was small but got most of everything we need and again they served us with warm welcoming...
