Hit & Miss


I always believe in starting with a positive; the hotel was a short walking distance to a beautiful beach and the breakfast was fabulous. What let the hotel down was the inconsistency of the staff approach to customer services. It was hit or miss depending on who was around. The Hotel management was completely invisible. I have never stayed at a hotel were you could not identify who was in charge, monitoring staff performance or conducting in house training.

Nice resort delicious food
