Pros, very clean, renovated rooms, lovely staff, good breakfast, nice pool, 5 minute walk to Kata Beach, two mini marts, currency exchange booth and yummy street vendors.
Cons, on a hill so getting to all rooms involved lots of steps, definitely not good for people with mobility issues. Hotel is located at junction of two busy roads. My standard room was right by where all the trucks changed gears to get up the hill, so very noisy. Paid extra to change to a superior room and it was a little quieter and a nicer room.
