Good location Kata Beach

Check in quick. Friendly staff. Good sized room, tea/coffee etc in room.
Nice hot showers, comfy bed.
Unfortunately looking at a wall but close to pool and restaurant
So no problems with the steps others keep mentioning.
Nice pool with plenty of sun beds. Breakfast ok with choice of western
and asian dishes, egg station.
Positioned at the south end of kata, judt across the street
You have little pathway going to beach.
Our room smelled a bit "mouldy" but opened windows
and after an hour or so not noticable anymore.
Suppose being low season rooms not used as much.
