Good location, too many stairs

good location, but too many stairs, upgrade to deluxe room definately if you want a better room and have a view of ocean. manager not very nice quite argumentive. we booked taxi to pick us up from airport we waited 25mins no taxi had to organise our own, then they tried to charge us anyway. too many stairs to reach our room. room was clean shower pressure not so great, bed was good and view. breakfast was okay not much variety each day. unfortuneately the europeans and asians were pushy and rude. thai staff were friendly. can't complain about location in the heart of restaurants, massages, shops etc.
