Horrible check in service by staff

Bad service and Horrible check in staff. Try contacting via email for transport on arrival but there was no reply. Arrive on a heavily bad weather at midnight on our honeymoon all couples travellers.Not expecting to be given twin beds.

And the check-in staff was entirely trying to avoid our complaints for our beds. Asking why no replies on the emails, telling us he doesnt know anything. Not a Local Thai, his a Phillipino. Orchidacea used to have good services a year ago. Now it has tremendously gone down. There are better Hotels with better service around the corner. Service of this hotel is to avoid. They cant cater for your needs.

Absolutely it's a great offer with this pay.
