Huge resort with nice gardens and pools but annoying mosquitos

This resort has very nice gardens, across the beach but there are many mosquitos. There were many good pools but they could use more cleaning from leaf and flowers in the water. The house keeping staff didn't replace towels after room cleaning so we had to ask few times. The pillow smelled a bit damp but linen was clean. Not enough hooks for towels in the bathroom. Breakfast buffet was good with a big variety and coffee machine but few annoying birds around trying to eat your food. Short walk to Karon shops and nice food places on Patak St at night. Make sure you take time to look at all the nice gardens in the resort.

Dirty, old and rude staff

Amazing resort, the grounds were stunning!
There was only one thing I could that the could do to make this place better, and that is remodel the fitness center. The equipment is old and in disrepair, the carpet needs to be replaced, I feel it... อ่านต่อ
