One of Phuket’s oldest and grand hotels

What a wonderful welcome we got from Ice, very funny and accommodating. This is one of the oldest and grandest hotels in Puket. You can see the splender but needs updating as a bit like staying with your Gran! The rooms were large with all amenities but the pastel floral curtains, pictures and bed throw could do with a contemporary make over. Beautiful gardens, with lots of space and just across the road to the beach. There were animals, birds, fish and tortoises for people to see and hold( not the fish!). The bar was empty and sole less, not far to other bars and amenities. We had a small bathroom flood, this was sorted immediately by the helpful staff and the manager sent us a plate of fruit as an apology. Overall a lovely relaxing venue .
